Booking Policy

Booking Process
All service bookings must be made through our official website via the "Book Now" tab, which will take you to our Acuity scheduling platform. Clients will need to complete a Client Intake specifying the required services, preferred time, and duration.Advance Booking Requirement
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure service availability.
Same-day or urgent bookings may incur an additional fee and will only be accommodated if space is available.Consultation Requirement
First-time clients must schedule a consultation before their initial booking to assess needs and determine service suitability.
Consultations are free and available in 30-minute slots. It is required that you complete the Client Intake form that you will be sent once you book. Please email it back to us before your appointment. I will initiate the call via your provided contact details.Full Payment Required
Ful payment is required to secure all retainer bookings packages (e.g., The Core Plan, Growth Plan, Bulk Plan).
For individual services (e.g., email management, data entry), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Currently, we only accept payment via Acuity. Should you prefer e-transfer, please reach out directly to discuss.Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. A rescheduled slot can only be provided based on availability.
Cancellations made after 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
All hours booked must be used within the month and cannot be carried over to the next month.
Refunds are not provided, but I offer solutions. If a service or task is not performed to satisfaction or an error occurs, I will gladly make the necessary correction.Service Modifications
Any changes to booked services (e.g., additional tasks or scope adjustments) must be communicated promptly. Additional services may incur an adjusted service fee and require re-scheduling.Urgent Booking Policy
Urgent tasks require a minimum booking of 2 hours and are subject to a 10% surcharge ($35.20/hr). These requests are only accepted based on availability and must be approved in advance. If an urgent request is approved, a private booking link will be provided for payment and scheduling. Additionally, urgent tasks requested outside of regular hours (after 5:00 PM or on weekends) may incur an extra fee.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential.Access & Sharing Information
To ensure efficient task management, clients may be required to provide access to certain platforms, tools, or documents (e.g., passwords, project management platforms, emails). All shared information should be provided securely, using password managers or encrypted email, as agreed upon. We respect your privacy and will handle all data with the utmost care and confidentiality.Rights to Decline Service
Dew Well Virtual Assistant Services reserves the right to decline or terminate services if a client engages in unprofessional behavior, fails to comply with policies, or if the service request falls outside our scope.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Dew Well Virtual Assistant Services. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all clients, please review the following cancellation and refund guidelines:
No Refunds
Once a deposit has been fulfilled, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, including cancellations or dissatisfaction with services. Please ensure you are confident in your booking before confirming.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Dissatisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the work completed, we will offer solutions to address any concerns and correct the issue. However, no refunds will be issued. We are committed to resolving any problems to your satisfaction at no additional charge.
Payment Terms
Individual Services: Payment for all individual services (e.g., email management, data entry) is required upfront at the time of booking.
Retainer Packages: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for retainer services. The remaining balance must be paid before any work can begin.
After your booking is confirmed, payment must be made via Acuity. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer, please contact us directly to arrange an alternative payment method.

Zero Disrespect Policy

At Dew Well Virtual Assistant Services, professionalism and mutual respect are non-negotiable. I am committed to providing a high-quality experience in a positive and professional environment. Disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
Expected Conduct
Maintain professional and courteous communication.
Express concerns or feedback respectfully.
Adhere to agreed-upon policies and terms of service.
Unacceptable Behavior
Disrespectful, aggressive, or rude language (verbal abuse, hostility, or unprofessional behavior).
Discriminatory remarks (based on race, gender, religion, disability, etc.).
Unrealistic demands or excessive pressure beyond the agreed scope of work.
Threats, intimidation, or any form of harassment.
Consequences of Violating This Policy
Immediate termination of services upon any instance of disrespect.
All work, complete or incomplete, will be submitted to the client, and any further communication will cease.
No refunds will be issued, as per the No Refunds Policy.
We reserve the right to enforce this policy indefinitely, and any attempt to violate it will result in the permanent discontinuation of services. If you have concerns, We encourage open and respectful dialogue.
